We are seeking experienced Virtual Assistants to handle inbound phone calls for our clients. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to callers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive interaction experience.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a brick-and-mortar call center environment or 6 months of experience in a virtual call center setting.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Proficiency in using call center software and technology.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to adapt to different client needs and industries.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to taking calls.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
